Shakira's bellydancing made me want to hit the gym, and she has amazing energy and singing. Overall, a really really good halftime show, and it's nice to be part of history and the political message at the end was chef's kiss perfect, overall great show. Another “interesting thing” about that performance, JLo was so horrid to the dancers one very famous and super talented dancer quit dancing professionally in order to try and start an organization, a movement, whatever she could do to keep situations like what happened at that Super Bowl from ever happening to other dancers again. Not surprising honestly; Shakira's joy in her own athleticism/dancing is infectious - she can land the hip shakes and belly dancing brilliantly, but what gives her that edge as a performer, imo, is that she just looks so pleased to be on stage - I think so many artists are so concerned (understandably) with how they'll look on the gram that they forget about enjoying the performance in the moment.
