"Worst comes to worst," buy one/two the day before, put it in the fridge overnight, reheat on the circular pizza trays (crust edges will go past the tray but it is fine) at either 350° for about 10 min, or the keep warm setting (~100°) for about half an hour through the hour it will stay on but 350 does a better job on the crust.
